(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2020

The Scottish Borders Council (B6360 Gattonside) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 9 July 2020 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00 on 12 July 2020 – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required for works on behalf of BT Openreach.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on the following roads in Gattonside:

(a)   the B6360 – from a point 20 metres west of its junction with Montgomerie Terrace to a point 100 metres east of the same junction; and

(b)   Montgomerie Terrace – from its junction with the B6360 to No. 23.
