(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2020

The Scottish Borders Council (Sime Place, Galashiels) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 31 March 2020 and is expected to remain in effect until 16:00 on 1 April 2020 – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required for installation of a new duct on behalf of Openreach.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on the east side of Sime Place, Galashiels from Bridge Street southwards for 30 metres.
