(LANGTONGATE, DUNS)
(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2020
The Scottish Borders Council (Langtongate, Duns) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 00:01 on 30 March 2020 and is expected to remain in effect until 23:59 on 3 April 2020 – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required to permit Scottish Power connections.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on the north side of Langtongate, Duns from Earlsmeadow eastwards for 30 metres.
