(B6461 WEST FISHWICK TO WHITSOME HILL)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2019

The Scottish Borders Council (B6461 West Fishwick to Whitsome Hill) (Temporary Closing) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 21 October 2019 and is expected to remain in effect until 1 November 2019 between the hours of 08:00 and 15:00 on weekdays only. The road will be open over the weekend of 26 and 27 October 2019. The Order is required for patching works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B6461 from West Fishwick to Whitsome Hill.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the B6437, B6460 and B6461 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
