(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2019
The Scottish Borders Council (Tweed Court, Kelso) (Temporary Closing) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 09:00 on 1 October 2019 and is expected to remain in effect until 16:00 on 24 December 2019 - 24 hour closure. The Order is required for demolition works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Tweed Court, Kelso.
There is no alternative route. Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained.
