(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2019

The Scottish Borders Council (Heatherlie Park, Selkirk) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 18 September 2019 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00. The Order is required for earth rodding works on behalf of BT Openreach.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of Heatherlie Park, Selkirk from Heatherlie Terrace southwards for 25 metres.
