(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2019

The Scottish Borders Council (Glebe Park, Duns) (Temporary Closing) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 9 September 2019 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of three days between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00 each day. The Order is required for resurfacing works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Glebe Park, Duns. There is no alternative route.

Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained with minor delays.
