(ROXBURGH STREET, KELSO)
(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2019
The Scottish Borders Council (Roxburgh Street, Kelso) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 07:00 on 20 June 2019 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00 on 24 June 2019 - 24 hour restriction. The Order is required for Scottish Power works.
When the Order comes into effect, no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on the east side of Roxburgh Street, Kelso from Winchester Row southwards for 60 metres.
