(BORDERS FESTIVALS - STOW)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2019
The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of three days, will come be in force on 19, 21 and 22 June 2019. The Order is required to facilitate the holding of a relevant event, being Stow Sports Week 2019. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along those lengths of road on the dates and at the times specified in the Schedule below. The closures will come into effect only at such times as instructed by a police officer in uniform and/or appropriate traffic signs are displayed on the affected lengths of road.
