(KIRK SQUARE FAIR, EYEMOUTH)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2019
The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of two days, will come into force at 18:00 on 31 May 2019 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00 on 1 June 2019. The Order is required to facilitate the holding of a relevant event, being the Kirk Square Fair. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall (i) drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle, or (ii) permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked, along Manse Road, Eyemouth.
The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via Church Street and Harbour Road to the point of closure, for westbound traffic via Harbour Road, Albert Road and High Street to the point of closure.
