(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2019

 

The Scottish Borders Council (B6350 Kelso to Sprouston) (Temporary Closing) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 18 March 2019 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of five days between the hours of 08:30 and 16:00 each day. The Order is required for carriageway patching.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B7350 from Kelso to Sprouston.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the B6350, B6352, A698 and B6350 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
