(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2019
The Scottish Borders Council (D1/3 Craik) (Temporary Closing) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 24 January 2019 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of five days - 24 hour closure. The Order is required for BT works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along the D1/3 from Craik to Howpasley.
There is no alternative route. Access for residents will be maintained with minor delays.
