(D17/1 SHIPLAW ROAD)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2018
The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 24 September 2018 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of two days between the hours of 08:30 and 15:30 each day. The Order is required for carriageway repairs.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along D17/1 Shiplaw Road from A701 to Easter Deans Farm.
The alternative route for southbound traffic is via A701, A703 and D17/1 to the point of closure, for northbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
