(TEMPORARY ONE WAY) NO 2 ORDER 2017
The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 00:01 on 2 June 2017 and is expected to remain in effect until 24:00 on 31 August 2017 – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required to permit a scaffold to be in place on the road for repair works to the County Buildings.
When the Order comes into effect a one way order in a north westerly direction will be in force on Abbey Place, Jedburgh from Murrays Green Car Park to Market Place. No person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle in a south easterly direction.
