LIST OF PUBLIC ROADS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in terms of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 that on or after 2 March 2017, the Scottish Borders Council may declare that the following lengths of footpaths in Tweedbank have been added to the List of Public Roads:-
Various footpaths around Tweedbank Drive, Tweedbank Park and Jura Drive, Tweedbank.
The footpaths are as shown on the adoption plan which may be examined at Roads Planning Service, Regulatory Services, Scottish Borders Council, Newtown St Boswells, Melrose, from Mondays to Thursdays between 8:45 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and on Fridays between 8:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. and also at Tweedbank Late Shop during opening hours.
Any person wishing to object to the above footpaths being added to the List of Public Roads should send details of the grounds of objection in writing to the Service Director Regulatory Services, Scottish Borders Council, Council Headquarters, Newtown St Boswells, Melrose, TD6 0SA by 2 March 2017.
