THE SCOTTISH BORDERS COUNCIL

(MANSFIELD ROAD/MANSFIELD CRESCENT)

(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2016

The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 17 October 2016 and is expected to remain in effect until 16 April 2018, 24 hours. The closure is required for ongoing road works and existing road closure.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked alongthe following roads in Hawick:

1. Mansfield Road from a point of 7 metres or thereby west of its junction with Mansfield Crescent to a point of 10 metres east of this junction; and

2. Mansfield Crescent from its junction with Mansfield Road northwards for a distance of 22 metres.
