(ROYAL VISIT – JUNE 2013)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2013
The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of two days, will come into force at 18:00 on 11 June 2013 and is expected to remain in effect until 14:30 on 12 June 2013. The closure is required to facilitate the holding of a relevant event, being a Royal Visit.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven, or park or cause or permit to be parked any vehicle along those lengths of road on the dates and at the times detailed in the Schedule below.
