(SOUTH MYRESCROFT, ANCRUM)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2012
The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 26 November 2012 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of two weeks – 24 hour closure. The closure is required for installation of foul and surface water mains.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along South Myrescroft, Ancrum from its junction with West Myrescroft in a westerly direction to its junction with the D68/4.
The alternative route for traffic is east on South Myrescroft, north and west on the B6400 and south on the D68/4 to the point of closure, or the reverse of the foregoing.
