(B6359 MELROSE TO BOWDEN JUNCTION)

 

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2012

 

 

          The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 11/6/2012 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of 3 days between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm.  The closure is required for carriageway patching.

          When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B6359 from Melrose 30’s to B6398 junction near Bowden.

          The alternative northbound route is east on the B6398, north on the A68, west on the A6091 and B6374 and south on the B6359 to point of closure. The alternative southbound route is the reverse of the foregoing.
