 (C12 EARLSTON ROAD, STOW)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2012

 

          NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.  The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on Monday 27th February 2012 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of 1 day between the hours of 8:30 and 16:00.  The closure is required  for carriageway  patching.

          When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C12 Earlston Road, Stow from Townfoot to 30mph limits.

          The alternative eastbound route for traffic is east on the B6362, south on the A68, south-west on the C77 and west on the C12  to the point of closure.  The alternative westbound route is the reverse of the foregoing.
