The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Paisley in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
Arthur Road, Paisley – between Potterhill Avenue and Woodlands Avenue (12/06/2023-15/06/2023).
Arthur Road – between Woodlands Avenue and Southfield Avenue (10/07/2023-13/07/2023).
Lammermuir Drive, Paisley – from Cairngorm Crescent junction to outside no.34 Lammermuir Drive (15/05/2023-04/06/2023).
Lammermuir Drive – from outside no 32 to junction with Fintry Avenue (31/07/2023-20/08/2023).
Ochil Drive, Paisley – from Campsie Drive to Lammermuir Drive. (02/05/2023-07/05/2023)/(09/05/2023-14/05/2023).
Potterhill Avenue – from junction with Lammermuir Drive to outside no 31 Potterhill Avenue (including Leabank Avenue) (05/06/2023-11/06/2023).
Potterhill Avenue – from outside no.31 to Caplethill Road junction (15/06/2023-23/06/2023).
Southfield Avenue – from Caplethill Road junction to Lammermuir Drive junction (14/07/2023-30/07/2023).
Woodlands Avenue – between Lammermuir Drive to Arthur Road (23/06/2023-28/06/2023).
Woodlands Avenue – between Arthur Road and Caplethill Road (28/06/2023-09/07/2023).
Reason for Restriction: Scottish Water Upgrade Works.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area.

This notice will be in force on various dates detailed above between Tuesday 2nd May 2023 until Sunday 8th October 2023.
This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
