The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Lochwinnoch in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
Closure: Kerse Road, Lochwinnoch from its junction with A760 to Springfield Cottage.
Reason for Restriction: Openreach Works.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area.
Alternative Routes: Kerse Road – Kings Road – Wilson Street – A737 – A760 Kilbirnie Road or vice versa.
Or
A760 – Bridgend – Main Street B780 – Kirkland Road – Main Road – Beith Road – B777 – Dalry Road – Kings Road – Kerse Road or vice versa.
This notice will be in force on Thursday 25th August 2022.
This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
