TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AND TEMPORARY BUS STOP CLOSURE

The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Paisley in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
No waiting & loading
Greenock Road (both sides) from a point 80m southeast of junction with Clark Street to a point 80m northwest of junction with Clark Street.
Clark Street (both sides) from junction with Greenock Road westwards for 80m.
Temporary bus stop closure
Greenock Road opposite junction with Clark Street.

Reason for Restrictions: Scottish Water repair works.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area.
Alternative Routes: N/A. Lane closure with 3-way traffic signals.
This notice will be in force from Monday 27th June 2022 till Friday 1st July 2022.
This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
