TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – Kings Inch Drive, Renfrew
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Renfrew in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
Closure: Kings Inch Drive, Renfrew at Sainsburys petrol station roundabout.
Reason for Restriction: Resurfacing and relining works.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area.
Alternative Routes: Kings Inch Drive(S) – Renfrew Road – Kings Inch Road – Govan Road – Kings Inch Drive – or vice versa.
Access maintained for buses travelling Northwards on Kings Inch Drive.
This notice will be in force between 2200hours and 0600hours from Wednesday 1st December to until Friday 3rd December 2021.
This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
