The Renfrewshire Council has made the undernoted Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The Renfrewshire Council (Braille Crescent/ Braille Drive, Renfrew)
(Prohibition of Waiting, Loading & Unloading) Order 2021
The Order, which comes into operation on 18 November 2021 was advertised in the Paisley & Renfrewshire Gazette on Wednesday 28 April 2021 and the effect of the Order is as stated in the said notice. Copies of the Order and map relative thereto are available for inspection on the Tellme Scotland web site for six weeks. Ref. TRO 377.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 12 November 2021, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
