THE RENFREWSHIRE COUNCIL (RENFREWSHIRE, SCHOOL STREETS) (PART TIME PROHIBITION OF MOTOR VEHICLES) EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2021 - Renfrewshire Archived

On 26^th March 2021, The Renfrewshire Council made the above Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Proposed “Part time prohibition of vehicles”

(Mon – Fri   8.30am to 9.15am and 2.30pm to 3.15pm” on Brabloch Cres, Netherhill Rd, Rowan Street and Quarry Rd  (All Paisley)  

 and

(Mon – Fri   8.30am to 9.15am and 2.45pm to 3.30pm” on Park Moor  (Erskine)

The Order, which comes into operation on 19th April 2021 was advertised in the Paisley & Renfrewshire Gazette on Wednesday 29^th January 2020 and the effect of the Order is as stated in part in the said notice.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 26th March 2021, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
