THE RENFREWSHIRE COUNCIL NOTICE

The Renfrewshire Council proposes to make the undernoted Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

 

The Renfrewshire Council (Howwood, B787 Beith Road) (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 202*

The intension of this proposal is for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising and for improving the amenitie of the area through which the road runs by applying a consistent speed limit of 40 mph;

Any person wishing to make representations with regard to the proposals should send details of the grounds for objection or support in writing to the Director of Environment & Infrastructure, Renfrewshire Council, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley, PA1 1BR by 30th March 2021.
