The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Johnstone in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
MacDowall Street, Johnstone (East side Only) between house nos. 23 and 31.
Reason for Restriction: Water mains works.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area.
Alternative Routes: N/A.
This notice will be in force on Saturday 23rd January 2021 & Sunday 24th January 2021,
and Saturday 30th January 2021 and Sunday 31st January 2021 between 0700hours and 1330hours.
This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
