TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
Barnaigh Road, Johnstone
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Johnstone in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
Barnaigh Road, from Greenside, northwards for a distance of 900m.
Reason for Restriction: Openreach Works.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area. Emergency access will be maintained.
Alternative Routes: Burntshields Road, Bridesmill Road, Stepends Road, Barnaigh Road or Vice Versa.
This notice will be in force between 0930 hours and 1530 hours on Monday, 11th May 2020 till Monday, 25th May 2020. This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
