TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE & PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AT ANY TIME (Except Goods Vehicles)
High Street/County Square/Gilmour Street/Moss Street, Paisley
The Renfrewshire Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other existing powers, with the consent of the Scottish Ministers under section 16 (6)(B) of the said Act, hereby make the following Order:
High Street/County Square/Gilmour Street/Moss Street:
Temporary Road Closure - Monday to Sunday
No person shall drive or cause to be driven any vehicle other than emergency service vehicles on any of the lengths of road specified in this Order Monday to Sunday.
No Waiting at Any Time and No Loading at Any Time (Except Goods Vehicles)
No person shall, except upon the direction or with the permission of a police constable in uniform, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load at any time, other than goods vehicles for the purposes of loading and that only during the periods between midnight and 10.30am and 4.00pm and midnight respectively, Monday to Sunday inclusive, in any of the lengths of road specified.
Reason for Restriction: To cater for the Paisley Winterfest Event.

This notice will be in force on Sunday, 18th November 2018 till Monday, 07th January 2018. This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
