Perth and Kinross Council (Restricted Roads) (Variation) (No 38) Order 202X - Perth & Kinross Archived

The Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The effect of the Order shall be to make Council’s Spaces for People temporary 30mph speed limit project in the following areas permanent:- Auchmuirbridge, Ballintuim, Butterstone, Carnbo, Craigend, Easter Balgedie, Fearnan, Forneth, Glenfarg, Kinloch, Kirkmichael, Lawers and Wester Balgedie.
2.
