The Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

  1. The effect of the Order shall be to make Council’s Spaces for People temporary 30mph speed limit project in the following areas permanent:- Auchmuirbridge, Ballintuim, Butterstone, Carnbo, Craigend, Easter Balgedie, Fearnan, Forneth, Glenfarg, Kinloch, Kirkmichael, Lawers and Wester Balgedie.
  2. Full details may be examined within normal office hours from 26 May 2023 to 16 June 2023 at:- Pullar House, Main Reception, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth; Libraries:- Reference Section, AK Bell Library, York Place, Perth PH2 8EP; Breadalbane Community Campus, Crieff Road, Aberfeldy PH15 2DU; Station Road, Birnam PH8 0BH; 46A Leslie Street, Blairgowrie PH10 6AW; Loch Leven Community Campus, Muirs, Kinross KY13 8FQ; and 26 Atholl Road, Pitlochry PH16 5BX and on the Perth and Kinross Council website (https://www.pkc.gov.uk/tro) and on the Tell Me Scotland website (www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/notices).

3 Any objectors must state their reasons in writing by 16 June 2023 to the Head of Legal & Governance Services, Perth and Kinross Council, 2 High Street, Perth PH1 5PH and/or to LegalServices@pkc.gov.uk.
