On 16/3/23 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of (i) Kintillo Road from the access to the property known as No. 2 Kintillo Road to its junction with Paradise Avenue a distance of 111.3 metres or thereby; and (ii) Earngrove from its junction with Kintillo Road to its junction with The Meadows a distance of 46.7 metres or thereby. This applies from 29/3/23 for an estimated period of 2 days to permit Scottish Water iron works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
