Perth and Kinross Council (Perth Traffic Management) (Variation) (No 23) Order 2022 - Perth & Kinross Archived

On 9/11/22 the Council made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which comes into effect on 19/11/22. The proposed Order and its effect were advertised in the Courier on 29/9/22. Full details may be examined within normal office hours from 18/11/22 until 6/1/23 (excluding the Christmas/New Year break) at:- Pullar House, Main Reception, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth; and Reference Section, AK Bell Library, York Place, Perth and on the Perth and Kinross Council website (https://www.pkc.gov.uk/tro) and on the Tell Me Scotland website (www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/notices). Anyone wishing to question any aspect of the validity of, or of any of the provisions of, this Order should write to the Court of Session within 6 weeks of 18/11/22.
