On 29/11/22 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the A913 Back Dykes, Abernethy from its junction with the private access to property known as Cree’s Inn to its junction with School Wynd for 154.35 metres or thereby. This applies on 18/12/22 for an estimated period of 1 day to permit Scottish Water iron works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
