On 29/11/22 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the following roads in Perth:- (ONE) Muirton Place between the Muirton Bank and Balhousie Street junctions for 227.57 metres or thereby; and (TWO) Hay Street between the Muirton Place and Dower Place junctions for 111.08 metres or thereby. This applies on 15/12/22 for an estimated period of 1 day to permit Scottish Water iron works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
