On 27/9/22 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to (ONE) temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving on both sides of Ruthven Street, Auchterarder between the Kincardine Road and Canmore Place junctions for 117.48 metres or thereby; and (TWO) temporarily prohibit all vehicles from parking and/or loading on both sides of the following roads:- (1) Ruthven Street, Auchterarder from its junction with Kincardine Road to its junction with the private property known as 31 Ruthven Street for 87.32 metres or thereby; and (2) Kincardine Road, Auchterarder between the Ruthven Street and Queens Terrace junctions for 64.54 metres or thereby. Alternative route for vehicles:- Ruthven Street – A824 High Street – Montrose Road. This applies on 12/10/22 for an estimated period of 1 day to permit Scottish Water iron work repairs. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
