Perth and Kinross Council (Church Street, Milnathort) (Temporary Traffic Restriction) Order 2022 - Perth & Kinross Archived

On 4/8/22 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of Church Street from its junction with the A922 South Street to its junction with the A91 Stirling Road a distance of 303.67 metres or thereby.  The one way provision contained in the Perth and Kinross Council (Milnathort Traffic Management) Order 2000 for Church Street will be suspended during the period of the closure to allow access. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- A922 South Street – A91 Stirling Road.  This applies from 15/8/22 for an estimated period of 3 weeks to permit carriageway resurfacing works.  Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months.  Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained.
