On 14/7/22 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to (i) restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 10mph and prohibit parking and/or loading on both sides of the A824 The Feus from its junction with the roundabout leading to Benton Road to its junction with the access leading to Kenwood Park a distance of 620.31 metres or thereby; and (ii) temporarily prohibit driving, parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of (a) the C446 Abbey Road from its junction with the A824 The Feus to the access to the property known as Geddochie Cottage a distance of 97.33 metres or thereby, and (b) the B8062 Hunter Street from its junction with the A824 The Feus to the access to the property known as No. 9 Hunter Street a distance of 89.62 metres or thereby. The alternative route for vehicles is via: A824 – B8062 – C465 – C446. This applies from 25/7/22 for a period of 3 weeks to permit carriageway resurfacing works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained
