On 26/7/22 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to (ONE) temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of the A91 Mawhill from its junction with the U234 to its junction with private access for MacLellan House for 1.13 kilometres or thereby; and (TWO) restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 30mph on both sides of the A91 Mawhill from its junction with the U234 to its junction with private access for MacLellan House for 1.13 kilometres or thereby. Alternative route for vehicles:- A823 – A977 – A922 – A91. This applies on 10/8/22 for an estimated period of 5 weeks to permit resurfacing works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
