On 23/6/22 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of Meadow Place from its junction with Galvelmore Street to the access to the property known as Meadow Inn a distance of 94.69 metres or thereby. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- Galvelmore Street – Lodge Street – Burrell Street. This applies from 4/7/22 for a period of 2 weeks to permit Scottish Water iron works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
