On 5/1/22 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to (ONE) restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 10mph and temporarily prohibit all vehicles from parking and/or loading on both sides of the A94 High Street, Burrelton between the Gray Park and Scott Street junctions for 373.18 metres or thereby; and (TWO) temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of the following roads in Burrelton:- (1) C437 Whitelea Road between the A94 High Street and North Street junctions for 115.37 metres or thereby; (2) South Street between the A94 High Street and Scott Street junctions for 240.08 metres or thereby; and (3) School Road between the A94 High Street and North Street junctions for 103.27 metres or thereby. Alternative route for vehicles:- A94 – Redstone – C438 – C417 – Scott Street – South Street – North Street. This applies on 19/1/22 for an estimated period of 5 weeks to permit carriageway resurfacing works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
