On 5/10/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to (ONE) restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 30/10mph and temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of the following roads in Blairgowrie:- (1) A93 Gas Brae between the Reform Street and Croft Lane junctions for 87.31 metres or thereby; (2) A93 Wellmeadow between the Croft Lane and Blairgowrie Bridge junctions for 128.69 metres or thereby; (3) Croft Lane from its junction with the A93 Gas Brae to its junction with the private access leading to the property known as Croft Cottage for 48.12 metres or thereby; (4) Wellmeadow from its junction with the A93 Wellmeadow to its junction with the private access leading to 21c Wellmeadow for 27.32 metres or thereby; (5) Commercial Street from its junction with the A93 Wellmeadow to its junction with the private access leading to the Wellmeadow Car Park for 19.56 metres or thereby; and (6) Tannage Street from its junction with the A93 Wellmeadow to its junction with the private access leading to the Wellmeadow Car Park for 16.74 metres or thereby; and (TWO) temporarily suspend the one-way orders on the following roads in Blairgowrie:- (1) Croft Lane for its full length; and (2) Wellmeadow between the A93 Wellmeadow south entrance and Wellmeadow north exit junctions for 96.83 metres or thereby. Alternative route for vehicles:- Local diversion routes. This applies on 18/10/21 for an estimated period of 2 weeks to permit carriageway resurfacing works. The works will be carried out with convoy working and traffic signals in operation. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
