Perth and Kinross Council (A922 South Street, Milnathort) (Temporary Prohibition of Parking and Loading) Order 2021 - Perth & Kinross Archived

On 12/10/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the A922 South Street, Milnathort from its junction with Auld Mart Road to its junction with the private access to 68 South Street for 378.6 metres or thereby. This applies on 28/10/21 for an estimated period of 1 day to permit Openreach works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
