On 1/7/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of (1) Hamish Henderson Place from its junction with Elm Drive to the entrance to Blairgowrie Community Campus a distance of 102 metres or thereby; and (2) Elm Drive from its junction with Hamish Henderson Place to its junction with Maple Place a distance of 165 metres or thereby. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- Berrydale Road – Beeches Road – A93 Perth Road – Hazelwood Road – Elm Drive. This applies from 12/7/21 for an estimated period of 12 weeks to permit essential gas and water works (the work will be carried out in phases). Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained
