On 10/6/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 40mph on the following roads:- (i) the C484 St Madoes Road from a point 178 metres or thereby southeast then southwest of its junction with High Street south-westwards for a distance of 247 metres or thereby; and (ii) the U151 from its junction with the C484 north-westwards for a distance of 603 metres or thereby. This applies from 18/6/21 as the Council acting as Traffic Authority is satisfied that there is a requirement to implement reduced speed limits in the Errol area as part of the spaces for people safety initiative. These restrictions on the above sections of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months.
