Perth and Kinross Council (William Street/Union Street, Blairgowrie) (Temporary Traffic Restrictions) Order 2021 - Perth & Kinross Archived

On 15/6/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of the following roads:- (1) William Street, Blairgowrie from its junction with the private access leading to 26 William Street to its junction with the private access leading to 32 William Street for 44.32 metres or thereby; and (2) Union Street, Blairgowrie from its junction with the private access leading to 17 Union Street to its junction with the private access leading to 25 Union Street for 58.92 metres or thereby. The existing one-way orders on William Street and Union Street will be temporarily suspended to allow two way traffic flow. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- local diversions. This applies on 29/6/21 for an estimated period of 1 day to permit Scottish Water repair works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
