On 8/6/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from stopping, waiting, parking and/or loading at any time on both sides (including the verges) of the C452 (South Loch Tummel) Foss to Pitlochry from a point 90 metres or thereby east of the access to the house named The Schoolhouse eastwards to its junction with the private access to the property known as Dallros for 750 metres or thereby. This applies from 18/6/21 as the Council, acting as Traffic Authority, is satisfied that there is a likelihood of danger to the public due to parked vehicles causing an obstruction. These restrictions on the above section of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
