On 8/6/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from stopping, waiting, parking and/or loading at any time on both sides (including the verges) of the A923 Kinloch to Clunie from a point 60 metres or thereby west of the access to Marlee Loch westwards to a point 35 metres or thereby east of the private access to the property known as Bellsden for 650 metres or thereby. This applies from 18/6/21 as the Council, acting as Traffic Authority, is satisfied that there is a likelihood of danger to the public due to parked vehicles causing an obstruction. These restrictions on the above section of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
