On 8/6/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from stopping, waiting, parking and/or loading at any time on both sides (including the verges) of the C448 Fortingall to Bridge of Balgie (1) East of Invervar from a point 1.15 kilometres or thereby east of the access to Easter Invervar north-westwards to a point 340 metres or thereby east of the access to Easter Invervar for 725 metres or thereby; and (2) West of Invervar from a point 390 metres southwest of the access to Tighnault south-westwards to a point 35 metres or thereby east of the access to Inverinain for 500 metres or thereby. This applies from 18/6/21 as the Council, acting as Traffic Authority, is satisfied that there is a likelihood of danger to the public due to parked vehicles causing an obstruction. These restrictions on the above section of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
