On 8/6/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from stopping, waiting, parking and/or loading at any time on both sides (including the verges) of the following roads:- (1) the A923 (east of Clunie Loch) Blairgowrie to Dunkeld from a point 50 metres or thereby east of its junction with the C430 to a point 491 meters or thereby east of its junction with the C430 for 450 metres or thereby; (2) the C430 Loch Clunie to Mains of Clunie from a point 80 metres or thereby south of its junction with the south-westwards then westwards for 1.91 kilometres or thereby; (3) the U111 Mains of Clunie to Concraigie from its junction with C430 northwards then north-westwards for 804 metres or thereby; (4) the C432 Loch Clunie to Wester Essendy from its junction with C430 eastwards for 778 metres or thereby; and (5) the U112 Craigie to Kirkton of Lethendy from its junction with C432 eastwards for 212 metres or thereby. This applies from 18/6/21 as the Council, acting as Traffic Authority, is satisfied that there is a likelihood of danger to the public due to parked vehicles causing an obstruction. These restrictions on the above section of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
